The active ingredients in Cymex are urea (1.0% w/w), dimeticone 350 (9.0% w/w), cetrimide (0.5% w/w), chlorocresol (0.1% w/w). Other ingredients are paraffin, cetostearyl, alcohol and water.

Side effects are rare however cetostearyl alcohol may cause skin reactions such as inflammation and redness where the cream has been applied. If this occurs or you notice anything unusual tell your doctor or pharmacist.
